SELF-MASSAGE ORGANS OF THE CHEST CAVITY

Due to anatomical features, manual therapy on the organs of the chest cavity is not possible and is not safe. In this regard, we suggest self-massaging the organs, which is carried out by the combined, rhythmic contraction of the diaphragm and intercostal muscles (see video). The technique is completely safe. It helps eliminate congestion in the lungs, improve circulation in the chest organs, and promotes dilution of mucus in the bronchi.

Training the intercostal muscles and diaphragm normalises the force of a cough’s push. This ensured the effective removal of mucus, which can be considered as recovery of the bronchopulmonary system. The proposed technique helps to regulate the amount of visceral fat in the chest cavity. Recommended for diffuse pneumosclerosis treatment To get a good effect and maintain it, it is important to do this exercise regularly.
